Rhinebeck Meet Up & Book Talk – 2022

I can’t believe Rhinebeck (the New York Sheep & Wool Festival in Rhinebeck, New York) is just a month away!

This year, I hope to see you all not ONLY at our meet-up, but at the my book signing and book talk in the Merritt Bookstore Bookstore Author’s Building (Building B).

We haven’t seen each other in a while, so let’s have a meet-up—where knitters of all of my KALs (knit-alongs), fans of this blog, and all members of this community can get together in real-life to hang out, say hi, take some pics, and swap stories!

I can’t wait to see what you’ve knit. (Any Brioche projects from Brioche Building Blocks or Charade Brioche or maybe a Hudson Valley Cardi?)

WHEN: Saturday October 15 11:30 am

WHAT: A totally casual meet up. AND the first 20 people to arrive will get to pick a “Knitting Bag of Tricks – Vision Board Card.”

WHERE: I’ll be hanging out on the lawn right between the Antique Museum Village and the Donut stand (Maple Sugar Shack). Come by and say hello. If you can (and it would be AWESOME), put on one of your Patty Lyons patterns, and we’ll take a group photo!

NOTE: I will also be at the Knit Stars

WHY: Because it would be nice to meet folks in real-life!

If you are wondering what the heck is Rhinebeck—it’s an incredible fiber and animal husbandry festival, with sheep, alpaca, herding dog demonstrations, and SO MUCH YARN. If you’re wondering whether should you come, the answer is YES!!!!!!!!!!!!
