Fall / Winter2016 Knitting Events
SEPTEMBER
SOLD OUT – Insanely excited to return to another Make, Wear, Love Retreat. It is currently sold out, but keep your eyes open next year and don’t miss it!
Next up in September is a visit to the 3 kittens needle arts (can any shop with kittens in the name be anything buy great!). They have just opened registration. Hope you can join us!
OCTOBER
In October, we’re heading off to the McNeedles Yarnover Retreat. They have options for ala carte, a few classes, or the whole deal. There will be evening events, classes and YARN!
The end of the month I’ll be heading back to one of the loveliest areas of the whole country. The amazing Columbia Gorge! Not only will I be teaching the whole weekend, but I’m honored to be the keynote speaker this year!
NOVEMBER
The fall ends the way the year begins, with another fantastic Vogue Knitting Live. This will be our first year in Minneapolis! I’m teaching a full line up including a brand new class!!
DECEMBER
What happens when a boat full of knitters set sail to the Caribbean? Sun, Fun, Yarn and KNITTING! Join me, Melissa Leapman and Laura Nelkin on the high seas for Nautical Knitting II
I’m so excited to be returning to String for two of my most popular classes. I hope you can join me on Dec 17th.
JANUARY
Camp Stitches is back!! Escape the cold and join me in San Antonio from Jan 5 – 8th for this unique event. You stay at a gorgeous resort and dig into one subject for three wonderful days. Registration is open! The last time I taught at Camp the class filled up quickly, so don’t miss my brand new 3 day knitting intensive “Knit Faster, Better, and More Beautifully: Expand Your Knitter’s Toolbox.”
The highlight of every knitter’s year (and mine) is my hometown show, Vogue Knitting Live New York! Jan 13 – 15 with registration opening soon. I’m teaching six of my most popular classes including several that are exclusive to Vogue!
February
Stitches West has the biggest marketplace I’ve ever seen, and SUN in the middle of February! The classes sell out every year. I’m teaching many new classes!
