Physical Products
Refunds for physical items, including books and merchandise, may be considered if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery so we can assist you. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.
Refund Processing
